There are plenty of clubs in Las Vegas, but are any of them free? After partying in Las Vegas for a few years, I have found a couple of nightclubs that allow guests free entry.

All Las Vegas nightclubs are free if you sign up for the guest list. Women get free entry to every club, while men are required to have an even ratio of women in their group (or a greater number of women than men) in order to get free entry. Although, some clubs allow men in for free without ratio.

The following Las Vegas nightclubs have no cover charge:

  1. Hakkasan Nightclub
  2. Omnia Nightclub
  3. Jewel Nightclub
  4. XS Nightclub
  5. EBC at Night
  6. Drai’s Nightclub
  7. Marquee Nightclub
  8. Tao Nightclub
  9. Light Nightclub
  10. Chateau Nightclub
  11. Apex Social Club
  12. On The Record

There are a surprising amount of clubs in Vegas that you’re able to get in for free. These clubs still sell tickets, but you don’t need to purchase one to get into the club. In this post, I’ll cover how to get into Las Vegas clubs for free using the guest list.

How to Get Into Las Vegas Nightclubs For Free

While you can purchase a ticket or reserve a bottle service table, there are ways to get into Vegas clubs for free. The easiest way to do this is to use the guest list.

All nightclubs and pool parties in Las Vegas offer a guest list, that allows you to get into the club for free. You can sign up for the guest list either through a promoter that works for the club, or online. Both methods of signing up are completely free.

After you put your name on the list, you’ll normally receive a confirmation text. Then when you get to the club, all you have to do is get in the designated guest list line. From there the staff will check you in.

It’s really that easy! Las Vegas has one of the most organized nightlife scenes in the world, making the entire process extremely simple. There is no bouncer at the door deciding whether you get in or not. If you’re on the guest, then you’re going to get into the club.

In fact, the vast majority of guests you see at the club enter the venue on the guest list. There are however some rules associated with the guest list, that I’ll discuss in the next section.

Who Can Get Into Vegas Nightclubs Free

There are really only three rules that you have to follow to get into the club for free:

  • Get to the club on time
  • Follow the dress code
  • Meet the ratio requirements (select venues only)

Timing: Most nightclub guest lists have a cutoff time around 12:30 am. You want to make sure that you get into the club by that time, or else you’ll be required to pay the full cover charge.

Dress Code: Next, it’s important that you follow the dress code. All Vegas clubs enforce a dress code whether you use the guest list or not. You can check out full dress code guides for both men and women here.

To give the condensed version, men should wear a dress shirt with jeans and dress shoes. You can add a suit or sports coat if you like. Most women wear a dress that fits their form, paired with either heels or flats. Jeans and a top can work too.

Ratio: The final requirement for getting into Las Vegas nightclubs for free is to meet the ratio requirements. This means that men must have an even ratio of women in their group (or a greater number of women than men) in order to get free entry on the guest list. Women always get into the club for free on the guest list.

Please note that not all clubs have ratio requirements. Below I listed the clubs that allow both men and women free entry on the guest list regardless of ratio:

  • Hakkasan Nightclub
  • Omnia Nightclub
  • Jewel Nightclub
  • Light Nightclub
  • On The Record

All the clubs listed above have no ratio requirements. The ones below require men to have at least an even ratio of women:

  • XS Nightclub
  • EBC at Night
  • Marquee Nightclub
  • Tao Nightclub
  • Apex Social Club
  • Drai’s Nightclub
  • Chateau Nightclub

Ratio requirements can change night by night, but for the most part, they remain the same. If you’re going to a club that requires ratio, it is vital that you get to the club early. The guest list for guys often closes early, even if you meet the ratio requirements. I recommend getting in line by 10:15 pm, which is about 15 minutes before the club opens.

Why Nightclubs Let Guests In For Free

Las Vegas nightclubs use guest lists to encourage people to get to the venue early. Nightclubs make most of their money off of alcohol sales, not ticket sales. For this reason, it makes sense that Vegas clubs allow thousands of guests to enter for free each night.

Since the whole idea behind the guest list is to get people through the door and get them into the club early, guest lists have cutoff times. As I mentioned already nightclub guest lists close around 12:30 am. The club does hold the right to cut off the guest list earlier if they hit capacity, but this is rare.

Dayclub and pool party guest lists often close around 1:00 pm. That leaves about a 2-hour window from when the club opens, to when the guest list closes to get through the door. Lines do get long, so I suggest getting in line as early as possible.

What Las Vegas Dayclubs Are Free

Similar to nightclubs, all Vegas pool parties offer a guest list. The following dayclubs require men to have at least an even ratio of women in their group:

  • Encore Beach Club
  • Drai’s Beachclub
  • Tao Beach
  • Marquee Beachclub
  • Lavo Party Brunch

There are some pool parties that don’t require even ratio:

  • Wet Republic
  • Daylight Beach Club

One important note is that men will get a reduced cover charge at Lavo Brunch, even if they have even ratio. As always women on the guest list get free entry at all venues. You can sign up for pool party guest lists here.
