There are so many restaurants on the Las Vegas Strip that it can be difficult to decide where to eat. At least that’s the dilemma most travelers encounter when visiting Sin City. So, I decided to put together this guide outlining some of the best restaurants on the Strip.

After living in the city for a few years, I’ve had an opportunity to try most of the top restaurants. So as a local who goes out to eat frequently, I’m convinced that these are the best Las Vegas Strip restaurants.

Best Restaurants on the Las Vegas Strip

1. Lago

Lago is an excellent Italian restaurant on the Las Vegas Strip. This eatery is known for serving high-end pizzas, pastas, and seafood dishes. The menu features a number of small plates, which gives diners an opportunity to try many different flavors without over-indulging.

Not only does the restaurant serve world-class food, but it also has a view. Lago’s dining room has floor-to-ceiling windows, offering customers one of the best views of the Bellagio Fountains. The tables in the open-air patio area also have great waterfront views.

2. Le Cirque

Le Cirque is another restaurant on the Las Vegas Strip that has a great view of the Bellagio Fountains. The French cuisine at Le Cirque is some of the best in Vegas, plus the service is impeccable. The dishes at this restaurant are a bit different, but they’re still delicious.

The menu consists of signature dishes like caviar, Maine lobster salad, Australian black truffle risotto, roasted duck, and Japanese Wagyu steak. Le Cirque has an additional menu for vegetarians as well. If you enjoy wine, you’ll want to try the wine pairing during your meal.

3. Beauty & Essex

Beauty & Essex is a fantastic Las Vegas Strip restaurant found inside The Cosmopolitan. This spot is actually hidden behind a pawn shop storefront inside the hotel, so you’ll want to walk through that area to get to the restaurant. The hidden entrance makes this place feel like a sophisticated speakeasy.

The menu at Beauty & Essex features several signature dishes, like grilled cheese dumplings, tuna poke wonton tacos, Thai-style deep-fried shrimp, chicken meatballs, and grilled double-cut lamb chops. You’ll find an extensive cocktail menu here too.

  • Cuisine: American

4. Bouchon

Bouchon is another French restaurant on the Strip. This traditional French bistro can be found on the 10th floor of The Venetian serving brunch and dinner. While eating here, the ambiance of this restaurant was simply amazing for both meals.

The steak melts in your mouth and the pastry platter is delicious. The mimosas and poached eggs are fantastic as well. This is one of my favorite brunch spots in Vegas.

  • Location: 3355 Las Vegas Blvd S 10th Floor, Las Vegas, NV
  • Cuisine: French

5. Gordon Ramsay Steak

Gordon Ramsay Steak is one of the celebrity chef’s flagship locations found inside the Paris Hotel & Casino on the Las Vegas Strip. This modern steakhouse serves everything from steaks and seafood to caviar and veal.

The menu includes all of Chef Gordon Ramsay’s classic dishes like beef wellington, Japanese Wagyu beef, pork belly, and American Wagyu sliders. I really enjoyed the Shellfish platter which included, Alaskan king crab legs, oysters, lobsters, and clams. Gordon Ramsay’s other restaurant, Hell’s Kitchen in Caesars Palace, gets a lot of attention, but this one is just as good.

The menu includes countless Italian cuisines like Margherita pizza, fettucini alfredo, penne a la vodka, and chicken marsala. You’ll have plenty of seating options at Lavo since the restaurant encompasses a large dining room, a lounge, and an outdoor terrace overlooking the Strip. If you’re able to reserve a table outside, I recommend you jump on it.

The Top of the World restaurant is home to the best view of Las Vegas. The dining room (which is located over 800 feet above the city in the Strat Skypod) rotates 360 degrees while displaying breathtaking views of the entire city.

Aside from the views, Top of the World has an award-winning menu of steaks, seafood, and wine. The chefs only use fresh, seasonal ingredients which has helped earn the restaurant many fine-dining accolades. 10. Bazaar Meat at Sahara Las Vegas

Bazaar Meat by By Jose Andres is one of the best restaurants on the Las Vegas Strip. The restaurant offers a unique take on a ton of different types of meats. There are so many different flavors on the menu, that listing them out won’t do the restaurant justice.

It’s a bit pricy, but I recommend you try their tasting menu if you’re willing to spend a couple of bucks. It’s money well spent considering this spot has not one, but two Michelin stars. You’ll find Bazaar Meat inside the Sahara Las Vegas Hotel & Casino on the north end of the Strip.

  • Location: 2535 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV
  • Cuisine: Steak

The menu includes dishes like Kogi tacos, kalbi, BBQ ribeye, Yuzu shrimp, ramen, and kimchi fried rice. Best Friend doesn’t open until 5 pm, so make plans to eat dinner here. If you try to make reservations for lunch, you’ll find the restaurant is closed.

The drink menu at Mizumi is notable as well. You can order a number of different beverages like sake, beer, and spirits or choose from an extensive wine list. You’ll love the atmosphere at Mizumi, as the main dining room overlooks a koi pond with a 90-foot waterfall.

The menu has a ton of mouthwatering options, but I really enjoyed the signature Wagyu beef wellington and the chicken & dumplings both times I visited. This is one of the restaurants on the Strip known for celebrity appearances, so one of the first things you’ll notice when you walk in is the no photography policy posted on the door. You can find Delilah on the northern end of the Strip, inside the Wynn Las Vegas (specifically, near the exclusive Tower Suites).

  • Location: 3131 Las Vegas Blvd S, Las Vegas, NV

The silk draperies, infinity pool, and pond Koi definitely set the mood for the multi-level dining area.

The menu takes inspiration from pan-Asian dishes, with a focus on Japanese, Chinese, and Thai cuisines. You can order anything from sushi and barbecue to steak and noodles. For dessert, I highly recommend that you try their giant fortune cookie. TAO Asian Bistro is found inside The Venetian.

His distinct personality and culinary touch make a meal here one of the best dining experiences in Vegas.

Diners can order fresh dishes directly from the sushi bar, or get seated at a table. Some of the sushi options include salmon, tuna, eel, squid, yellowtail, octopus, shrimp, red snapper, crab, and lobster. Sushi, sashimi, maki rolls, and caviar are all available al la carte on the main menu.

The menu at SUSHISAMBA consists of a wide variety of options, but the sushi rolls are the main focal point. Although this is a high-end sushi place, they do offer some deals during SAMBA Hour, which is their version of happy hour. It’s held every day from 3 pm to 6 pm.

Aureole is another restaurant on the Strip in Las Vegas. If you’re a wine lover, you’re going to want to stop by this place because they have a 4-story wine tower stocked with thousands of bottles of wine. Once you place your order, one of the friendly staff members will glide through the air to grab your desired bottle.

As far as food goes, the menu is a bit limited. However, the quality of each dish is top-notch. Some of the items of interest on the menu include the bluefin tuna Crudo, Alaskan halibut, free-range chicken breast, and strawberry shortcake.
