Las Vegas is one of the top places to party in the world. So it’s no surprise that it’s home to some of the largest and most popular nightclubs. But do you have to break the bank every time you go out? And how much does it really cost to get into the clubs in Vegas?

Las Vegas nightclubs will charge between $15 – $30 for women and between $20 – $50 for men. Dayclubs and pool parties will cost an additional $10. Most clubs also offer guest list services, which allow for free entry. Anyone can put their name on the guest list, although some venues will require an even male to female ratio.

Type of ClubCost (women) Cost (men)
Nightclub (Guest List)FreeFree (may require even male/female ratio)*
Nightclub (General Admission)$15-$40$20-$60
Dayclub (Guest List)FreeFree (may require even male/female ratio)*
Dayclub (General Admission) $20-$40$30-$60
Any Club (Special Event or Holiday)$50-$150$75-$250

*Girls will always get into Las Vegas nightclubs for free on the guest list. However, some clubs will require guys to have an even ratio of women in their group (or a greater number of women than men). This is only true for certain clubs, so I made a chart in covering which ones require ratio here.

If you plan on purchasing pre-sale tickets for a nightclub while you’re in Vegas, plan on dishing out anywhere between $15 and $60. Be aware that the higher end venues are going to cost more. I have also seen prices skyrocket at the door for popular DJs.

If you would like to avoid paying cover charges you can join the guest list here. There are a few things that you want to keep in mind when using the guest list, as not all clubs have the same rules. Additionally the rules can often change night to night.

In this article I’ll cover the most cost effective ways to get into the club, regardless of the venue of you’re girl to guy ratio.

Get Into The Club For Free Using The Guest List

There are many ways to get into a nightclub in Las Vegas, some are more expensive than other. There is nothing wrong with purchasing a ticket to the club, but just know that there are cheaper options. Putting your name on a club’s guest list will grant you free entry. Guest lists are available pretty much every night at every club. The only exceptions are when a special guest DJ is playing, or during holidays like New Years or the 4th of July.

The guest list is really simple to use. The only thing you have to do is enter your name, phone number and the number of guys and girls in your group into a form. You can sign up for the guest list right here. Once you sign up, you will receive a confirmation text the day of your reservation. The only thing left to do is show up on time (normally around 10:15) at the guest list line at the club.

This is by far the easiest way to get into a Vegas nightclub. There is absolutely no reason why you should be paying a cover charge when guest lists are available.

The only downside to using the guest list is certain clubs will require guys to bring an equal number of girls in with them. As I mentioned earlier, not all clubs require this, so I made a list of all the clubs that require ratio. Groups of girls will always get in free and won’t have to worry about ratio as long as they are on the guest list.

Another advantage of the guest list is that clubs commonly hand out free drink tickets to guests. This is more common for girls than for guys but certain clubs, like Light, will give out multiple drink tickets to girls and guys. I received 3 free drinks last time I was at Light.

Get Half-Priced Tickets Using The Guest List

Las Vegas is a great place to travel for groups of girls. Pretty much everything is going to be free, particularly entry into nightclubs. Unfortunately, guys don’t get the same luxury. Of course the are clubs (like Hakkasan or Omnia) that won’t require an even ratio to get in for free, but there are some clubs where the guest list is just not an option for guys with no girls in their group.

If you really wanted to go to XS Nightclub on a Saturday night for example, you would need to bring some girls in with you. This can lead to some issues.

For one, it can be annoying to track down a group of girls to go in with you. If you made some friends earlier in the day that’s great, you’re good to go. But if that is not the case, then you may be staring at at $75+ cover charge if you hadn’t bought a pre-sale ticket.

In a situation like this you can often get reduced priced tickets at the door by going through the guest list line. Because you are on the guest list the club will let you buy tickets that are cheaper than what is being advertised, commonly up to 50% off.

This is a great option for guys that want to go to a specific club and didn’t come to Vegas with any girls, although not every club offers this. Nightclubs that offer this are XS and EBC At Night. Reduced price tickets on the guest list will save you a lot money compared to purchasing a ticket outright from the General Admission line.

Discounted Bottle Service At Vegas Nightclubs

When looking to get the best bargains at nightclubs, bottle service is not normally what comes to mind. Spending a couple thousand dollars on a table, is probably not the cheapest way to get inside to see your favorite DJ. But depending on your group size, it can be a great idea.

To start, most clubs offer bottle service starting at $1,000. I’ve seen some tables being quoted as low as $500 at certain clubs, sometimes even lower. And if you have 5 or 6 people in your group, it is not too difficult to split a table 6 ways.

Everyone in your group will only end up paying between $100 and $200. And that money goes towards your own bottle of alcohol. If you did out the math on how much you are actually spending on drinks at the bar (some clubs charge upwards of $24 for a drink), purchasing a table is not going to be that much more expensive.

You also have the added benefit of having your own VIP real estate within the club if you purchase bottle service. Not to mention the expedited entry and preferential treatment.
