Las Vegas Motorcoach Resort
Overview: This is not only one of the most luxurious RV resorts in Las Vegas, but in the country (USA Today rated in the top 5). Las Vegas Motorcoach Resort is only for Class A motorhomes, so if you have a C Class or fifth wheel, you’re going to have to look elsewhere.
There are over 400 sites spread across 41 acres. The entire park is fully landscaped, and the spaces are huge (some sites are over 100 feet). Many of the spaces even have built-out patios with fully-loaded kitchens.
Amenities: There is no shortage of amenities at Las Vegas Motorcoach Resort. Some of them include full hookups (50 Amp), a spa, 5 pools, 7 jacuzzies, a fitness center, tennis courts, pickleball courts, a 9-hole putting green, 24-hour security, Wi-Fi, cable TV, bathhouses, laundry facilities, and an on-site restaurant. There’s also a 10,000 square foot clubhouse with a billiards room, movie theater, poker room, library, and cocktail lounge.
Rates: Daily rates at LVM are rough $90-$180/day depending on the site that you book, while monthly rates are in the $2,000-$4,000 range. Many Class A owners at this resort own their sites outright. If you wanted to purchase a space, the current values are between $125,000-$500,00.
There is also a $395/month HOA fee that owners have to pay. This fee covers all of your utilities (except electricity), the cost of the resort’s amenities, and your invite to the resort parties (with food and drink included).
Oasis Las Vegas RV Resort
Overview: Oasis is largely regarded as the second-best RV resort in Las Vegas. The park is massive, with over 600 spaces built on 55-acres of land. Many of the sites have grass and picnic tables, which is perfect if you’re traveling with kids or pets. You can even reserve a site with a built-in barbeque pit.
The resort has several different-sized sites available, making it easy to find something affordable. Both large and small rigs are welcome at Oasis. Bigger rigs can easily fit into the 90-foot pull-through sites, while smaller rigs won’t have any trouble backing into the standard-sized lots.
Amenities: A few of the amenities at Oasis RV Resort include full hookups (30 & 50 Amp), free Wi-Fi, an 18-hole putting course, a family pool, an adult pool, a fitness center, a dump station, 24-hour security, laundry facilities, showers, a convenience store, and a horseshoe pit. You’ll also find an on-site restaurant in their 24,000 square foot clubhouse.
Rates: Oasis is much more affordable than LVM. Daily rates start around $55/day for small sites and go up to $90/day. Monthly rates are between $690-$1099 depending on the size of your rig.
Las Vegas RV Resort
Overview: Las Vegas RV Resort is one of the most popular RV resorts in Las Vegas. It’s slightly cheaper than the other two luxury RV resorts, but it still has some great features. The park is an adults-only resort, so keep that in mind if you have kids.
There are just under 400 sites at Las Vegas RV Resort, including a few 100-foot pull-through spaces. Every site has a picnic table and at least one tree for shade. If you’re looking to get out of your rig for a few nights, they also have fully furnished cottages available for rent.
Amenities: Some of the amenities here include full hookups (50 & 30 Amp), a dog park, pool, laundry facilities, showers, free Wi-Fi, a dump station, a small fitness center, a heated swimming pool, and 24-hour security.
Rates: Daily rates for the Las Vegas RV Resort are about $29-$57/day depending on the size of your site. This is a great deal considering the amenities that come with the park. You can also stay at the park long-term for between $550-$800/month.
