There are so many great restaurants in Las Vegas, that it’s almost impossible to choose just one. At least that’s how I feel when I visit the city. This is especially true when it comes to breakfast in Las Vegas.

So over the past year, I’ve eaten at nearly every major breakfast restaurant on the Strip and in downtown Las Vegas to find out which ones are the best. Whether you’re looking for an all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet, a quick morning meal, or a classic diner, this guide to help you find your ideal breakfast spot.

Best Breakfast on the Las Vegas Strip

If you’re staying on the Strip, you’re probably not going to want to travel too far to grab breakfast. Fortunately, there are countless places to grab food on Las Vegas Boulevard. These are the best breakfast restaurants on the Las Vegas Strip.

Hash House A Go Go at The LINQ

Hash House A Go Go is one of the best breakfast restaurants in Las Vegas. They have several locations in Vegas, but the one inside of The LINQ is by far the most popular. The menu at Hash House is extremely diverse, so you can essentially order any breakfast item you want.

You’ll also be happy to know that the portion sizes at this restaurant are huge. You’ll never leave Hash House A Go Go hungry. The dishes also look very unique, so you’ll definitely want to take a picture and post your meal on Instagram. I highly recommend the fried chicken benedict.

  • Price: $10-$25

Peppermill Restaurant and Fireside Lounge

Peppermill serves one of the most popular breakfasts in Las Vegas. This is a classic Vegas diner that’s been a local favorite for years. You can order anything from pancakes and English muffins to fruit bowls and steak & eggs.

The diner is open for business 24 hours a day, so you can stop by and order breakfast at any time, not just in the morning. You can find Peppermill on the north end of the Strip, across the street from Resorts World.

  • Location: 2985 Las Vegas Blvd S, Las Vegas, NV
  • Price: $15-$30

Eggslut at the Cosmopolitan

If you’re looking for an affordable Las Vegas breakfast, Eggslut is a fantastic option. Eggslut is a posh breakfast spot found inside The Cosmpolitan that specializes in gourmet breakfast sandwiches. The food here is flat-out delicious. I really appreciate how everything is served on a perfectly toasted brioche bun.

The only downside to eating at Eggslut is the line. I’ve had to wait in line for up to 30 minutes before, and there is a limited amount of seating. Also, so don’t sleep in too much since they close around 2 pm on most days.

  • Location: 3708 Las Vegas Blvd S Level 2, Las Vegas
  • Price: $8-$15

The Henry at the Cosmopolitan

The Henry is another outstanding breakfast restaurant at The Cosmopolitan. This trendy restaurant serves both early morning and late-night brunch. If you’re looking for some good old-fashioned American comfort food, the Henry is where you need to be.

This diner serves all of the classic breakfast fixtures, but the two dishes that really stand out are the brioche French toast and signature short rib benedict (it includes braised short ribs, soft poached eggs, and hashbrowns). If you have food sensitivities, The Henry has a separate gluten-free menu as well.

  • Location: 3708 Las Vegas Blvd S Level 1, Las Vegas
  • Price: $10-$20

Jardin at the Encore

Jardin at the Encore serves one of the best Las Vegas breakfasts in the city. It’s also one of the most luxurious places to enjoy a meal since the restaurant overlooks the beautifully landscaped gardens at the Wynn.

This Las Vegas brunch spot serves fresh seasonal dishes from 7:30 am to 3 pm daily. Many of these breakfast delights are health-conscious, and all of them are delicious. I recommend you try the chocolate chip red velvet pancakes with strawberries, smoked salmon, and Grand Marnier French toast. Also, try their mimosas if you’re up for cocktails in the morning.

Mon Ami Gabi at Paris Las Vegas

Mon Ami Gabi is another great spot to eat breakfast on the Las Vegas Strip. This restaurant is known for its authentic French cuisine but the Mon Ami Gabi also serves a mean breakfast. They serve an assortment of breakfast essentials like eggs benedict, oatmeal, French toast, and steak & eggs platters.

Don’t be fooled by the low prices, the food here is highly delicious. Plus, the whole ambiance of the place makes for a pleasant dining experience. You can find Mon Ami Gabi inside the Paris Las Vegas Hotel & Casino on the Las Vegas Strip.

  • Location: 3655 S Las Vegas Blvd South, Las Vegas, NV
  • Price: $10-$20

Cafe Americano at Caesars Palace

Cafe Americano is a casual American restaurant inside Caesars Palace. It’s a bit expensive, but both the food and service are top-notch. I highly recommend trying this place if you’re staying near Caesars.

Although breakfast is only served from 6 am to 11 am, the restaurant has an all-day brunch menu that includes breakfast burritos, omelets, sausages, and waffles. The build-your-own avocado toast is fantastic as well.

  • Location: 3570 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV
  • Price: $20-$40

48th & Crepe at New York New York

48th and Crepe is a unique breakfast spot located in the New York-New York Hotel & Casino. If you don’t know what a crepe is, it’s basically a thin pancake that has fillings inside. You can fill your crepe with all of your typical breakfast helpings, like bacon, eggs, sausage, ham, cheese, fruit, and even vegetables.

The service at this restaurant is super fast, making it a great spot for a quick bite on the run. This is a great spot to eat breakfast if you’re staying on the south end of the Las Vegas Strip. It’s super close to Tropicana, Excalibur, Park MGM, and MGM Grand.

  • Location: 3790 Las Vegas Blvd S, Las Vegas, NV
  • Price: $8-$10

Best Cheap Las Vegas Breakfast

If you’re on a budget, there are plenty of cheap places to grab breakfast in Las Vegas as well. I recently put together a more comprehensive list of cheap breakfast restaurants on the Las Vegas Strip, but here are some of the highlights.

Blondies Sports Bar & Grille at the Miracle Mile Shops

Blondies is one of the best cheap breakfast spots in Las Vegas. The restaurant has a $3.99 breakfast special which is hard to beat anywhere in Vegas, especially on the Strip. The special is only available from 8 am to 11 am, but the portion sizes are pretty good for the price.

You can find Blondes inside the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood, along with several other affordable breakfast restaurants. The Miracle Mile Shops are a hub for low-priced food and good coffee.

  • Location: 3663 S Las Vegas Blvd #183, Las Vegas, NV
  • Price: $5-$15

Marilyn’s Cafe at Tuscany Suites & Casino

Marilyn’s Cafe is a restaurant found in the Tuscany Hotel & Casino about a block off of the Strip. The diner has a solid menu of cheap eats with healthy portion sizes (you get a lot of food here). Some of the menu items include scrambled eggs, country-fried steak, bacon strips, hash browns, and fruit cups.

This is one of my favorite spots to eat breakfast in Vegas since very few people know it exists. The service is fast and the food is good. Plus, you won’t have to worry about breaking the bank.

  • Location: 255 E Flamingo Rd, Las Vegas, NV
  • Price: $10-$15

$5 Cafe at the Aztec Inn

The $5 Cafe is located inside the tiny Aztec Inn, right next to the STRAT. True to its name, this Las Vegas restaurant offers a breakfast special for only $5. The entire menu isn’t that cheap, but most breakfast dishes are under $10.

This place serves everything from eggs and pancakes to bagel sandwiches. Their omelet menu is one of the most diverse in Las Vegas. Getting to this restaurant can be a bit of a hike if you’re staying on the south end of the Strip, but if you’re in the area, it’s worth a visit.

  • Location: 2200 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV
  • Price: $5-$15

Best Breakfast in Downtown Las Vegas – Fremont Street

If you’re staying at one of the hotels on Fremont Street, you’re probably going to want to find a place to eat breakfast in downtown Las Vegas. There are a ton of excellent restaurants downtown.

In fact, I reviewed many of the best breakfast spots in downtown Las Vegas in a recent article. After, trying most of the restaurants in downtown Las Vegas, I came to the conclusion that these are the top 3.

AmeriBrunch Cafe

AmeriBrunch Cafe is one of the top breakfast restaurants in downtown Las Vegas. Breakfast is their specialty, so the restaurant is typically closed by noon. But while they’re open, they offer an expansive menu with plenty of mouth-water dishes.

I highly recommend you try their southwest breakfast and s’mores pancakes. The BLTA (bacon, lettuce, tomato, avocado & egg) hits the spot as well.

eat.

Eat is a highly-acclaimed restaurant in downtown Las Vegas. It’s located near the El Cortez Hotel & Casino about a block from Fremont Street. This is one of the best spots to grab breakfast in the downtown area. You can order all of your classic breakfast items, like oats, deviled eggs, and corn beef hash.

This eatery sources most of its food from local farmers, so you know you’re getting high-quality ingredients. It’s also very affordable, with most of the breakfast items menu costing less than $15.

  • Location: 707 E Carson Ave, Las Vegas, NV
  • Price: $10-$20

7th & Carson

7th & Carson is actually located directly across the street from the previous restaurant on this list. They have a diverse breakfast menu and superb customer service. Plus, the restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating.

You can order french toast, Belgian waffles, eggs benedict, fruit platters, and greek yogurt with granola. I’m also a big fan of their cinnamon biscuit pull-a-part.

Best Breakfast Buffet in Las Vegas

Las Vegas is famous for its buffets. Breakfast buffets are easy to find since most Las Vegas hotels have their own buffet. After testing out the top buffets on the Strip and downtown, I’ve found these to be the absolute best.

The Buffet at Wynn Las Vegas

The Wynn has one of the best breakfast buffets in Las Vegas. The Gourment brunch served here is second to none. The buffet has over a dozen cooking stations that prepare food in small batches to ensure its quality. The kitchen always puts out an assortment of different dishes and flavors, so there’s always something new.

If you want to indulge in the buffet at the Wynn Las Vegas, it’s not cheap. Expect to pay $40-$50 a person depending on what time of day you visit. But that price gets you 2 full hours of all-you-can-eat gourmet food and beverages prepared by the best chefs in the world.

Wicked Spoon at the Cosmpolitan

Wicked Spoon is another top-tier breakfast buffet in Las Vegas. This buffet offers high-quality breakfast staples along with seasonal dishes to satisfy any craving. Some of the dishes featured at the brunch station include buttermilk pancakes, cinnamon walnut bread, scrambled eggs, and biscuits & gravy.

The breakfast buffet at the Wicked Spoon is roughly the same price as the one at the Wynn. Weekday prices are about $40 and weekend prices are about $50. However, children between the ages of 5-10 get a 50% discount. You can also order bottomless drinks for $21.

  • Location: 3708 S Las Vegas Blvd Level 2, Las Vegas, NV
  • Price: $40-$50

Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars Palace

The Bacchanal Buffet is another premier breakfast buffet in Vegas. It’s located inside Caesars Palace and serves brunch from 9 am to 3 pm. You can expect all high-quality dishes and unique takes on traditional breakfast items at this newly renovated buffet.

This is one of the more expensive breakfast buffets in Las Vegas, but if brunch is your favorite meal of the day, then you may be able to justify the $65 per person price tag. Just make sure that you make a reservation beforehand. That’s one thing you don’t want to forget!

Local Breakfast in Las Vegas – Brunch off the Strip

As you know, Las Vegas serves a really good breakfast. So I often get asked, where do locals eat breakfast in Las Vegas? Now that’s a tough question to answer since you’ll find locals at almost every spot on this list. But if you’re looking for breakfast off the Strip, you’ll want to try these restaurants.

Broken Yolk Cafe in the Southern part of Vegas

The Broken Yolk Cafe is located in Town Square Las Vegas. This local brunch spot serves the classic American breakfast of steak, eggs, bacon, sausage, and hash browns, along with a number of flavored skillets and wraps. I always enjoy their huevos rancheros.

The restaurant is located about 10 minutes south of the Strip, so it’s not too difficult for visitors to get to using Uber or Lyft. This is truly one of Las Vegas’s best local breakfast restaurants.

  • Location: 6805 S Las Vegas Blvd Suite 125, Las Vegas, NV
  • Price: $10-$20

Jamms Restaurant Breakfast and Lunch in Spring Valley

Jamms Restaurant is located in the Spring Valley area of Vegas. Although a little far from the Strip, this is one of the best Las Vegas restaurants to go grab breakfast at. There is just so much food to choose from on the menu.

The breakfast and lunch menu offers dishes like bacon & eggs, steak & eggs, corned beef hash, breakfast sandwiches, French toast sticks, and buttermilk pancakes. Any breakfast item or side you can think of is served at Jamms Restaurant.

Mr. Mamas Breakfast And Lunch

Mr. Mamas is another one of the restaurants that locals eat at in Vegas. The menu has every brunch item possible, from eggs and breakfast wraps to Greek yogurt parfaits and grits. Whatever type of breakfast food you prefer, Mr. Mamas serves it.

This brunch restaurant offers both pickup and delivery options as well, which can be nice if you don’t have time to sit down and eat your food. The restaurant is located about 15 minutes west of the Las Vegas Strip.
