Las Vegas is known as an adult playground. So, it only makes sense that there are a few adults-only RV parks in Sin City. Whether you’re a senior looking to hit the slots, or a young couple passing through the city, you’ll be able to find an adults-only RV park in Las Vegas.
There are currently 3 adults-only RV parks in Las Vegas:
- Las Vegas RV Resort
- Riviera RV Park
- Kings Row RV Park
There are plenty of RV parks and campgrounds in Las Vegas but, only a handful of those are only for adults. Each adults-only RV park has a different set of rules that you’ll want to consider when reserving a site. Your budget and the amount of time you plan on staying in Las Vegas will also have an impact on which RV you choose.
Las Vegas RV Resort
The Las Vegas RV Resort is an adults-only RV park located just off of the Boulder Highway. The park is one of the largest in Las Vegas, with over 378 sites, many of them being pull-throughs. You’ll be able to find a spot here, no matter the size of your rig.
The park features full hookups (50 & 30 Amp), free Wi-Fi, a heated pool, a pet park, laundry facilities, showers, a dump station, and 24-hour security. Most of the sites have picnic tables too.
Although this is one of the most popular RV parks in Las Vegas, the rates are relatively affordable. Standard-sized lots start at only $33/day, while monthly sites the same size cost about $625. If you have a smaller rig, you may be able to squeeze into one of their smaller sites for only $29/day.

Riviera RV Park
Riviera is the perfect RV park for snowbirds. It’s a smaller park only open to guests ages 55+, and it’s located only 5 minutes from downtown Las Vegas. The park does allow you to bring your children, but only for 2 weeks every season.
The park has full hookups, showers, a laundry facility, a pool, and is pet friendly (although there is a 2 pet limit). The park even has a policy banning aggressive dog breeds, so you don’t have to worry about the safety of your own pets.
Riviera RV Park does have a 10-year or newer policy for all RVs, so make sure you take that into account before making a reservation. Depending on the size of your rig, monthly rentals will cost between $455-$515, plus tax and electricity.

King’s Row RV Park
Kings Row is a 21+ RV Park, so no children are allowed. It’s located right down the street from Riviera, so the park is close to both downtown Las Vegas and the Strip. Kings Row is a massive park with 375 sites, most of which have full hookups. The park has plenty of pull-through spaces that can accommodate any rig up to 100ft.
One of the best features of Kings Row is the 24-hour on-call maintenance crew. Some of the other amenities here include a pool, laundry facilities, showers, Wi-Fi, access to public transportation, a dump station, 24-hour security, and a storage facility. The park is pet-friendly, so they have 2 separate pet runs. You’re allowed to have up to 2 dogs, but they have to be under 35 pounds.
This is one of the cheapest RV parks in Las Vegas. King’s Row charges a flat rate regardless of how long your RV is. The rates are $27/day, $105/week, or $440/month, not including tax and electricity (electric is a flat $20). Just know that rigs over 12 years old are required to get approval from management before you make a reservation.

Best RV Parks in Las Vegas for Seniors
The best Las Vegas RV park for seniors is Riviera. Not only is Riviera designed for guests over the age of 55, but it’s also smaller and quieter than the other adults-only RV parks. There were some complaints about the park’s management in the past, but it seems like those issues have been corrected with the new owners. It’s also one of the better long-term RV parks in Las Vegas.
Aside from the RV parks already mentioned, there are a few more that are good for seniors (or just adults in general). These parks allow children however, they seem to be very well behaved. Those parks include:
- Las Vegas Motorcoach Resort
- Road Runner RV Park
- Desert Eagle RV Park
Las Vegas Motorcoach Resort – This is the nicest RV park in Las Vegas, and it only accepts Class A Motorhomes. The amenities here are fantastic, but the prices can get quite ridiculous.
Road Runner RV Park – Road Runner RV Park is an inexpensive long-term RV park. The residents are super friendly, and many of them are seniors. They even give you a permanent mailing address.
Desert Eagle RV Park – Desert Eagle RV Park is another great place for mature adults. It allows kids, but it’s located on Nellis Air Force Base. To reserve a site here, at least one person in your party needs to have a military ID, current DOD ID, or be a 100% disabled veteran. The rates start around $20, making it one of the cheapest RV Parks in the city.
